Privacy Policy

There may be a time when Rev. Ariadne Sharelle will have reschedule, and you will be notified as far in advance as possible.  She expects you to be on time for your sessions, with the understanding that, unless she has available time following your scheduled session, the session would by necessity be shortened by the amount of time you are late. A "no show" will likely result in no session that week, of course this is notwithstanding exceptional circumstances that are completely outside your control.)

Fees are non-refundable once coaching has begun, as Rev. Ariadne Sharelle has found that doing so compromises your commitments to your coaching goals.

​

Exception:  For training packages of three months or longer if you decide within 72 hours after your first session that coaching is not for you or that you and Rev. Ariadne Sharelle are the right fit, after all, she refund all but the prorated first session minus processing fees, based on the standard monthly rate in effect.

​

Payments and fees are paid a the time of booking.  We accept  major credit cards and PayPal.

Extra Time (Laser Training)

Feel free to call between sessions if you can't wait to share a success, need guidance or are facing a challenge you'd like to talk over. Rev. Ariadne Sharelle will do her best make time between sessions to speak with you if needed.  You will not be billed for these types of calls.  Rev. Ariadne Sharelle does not bill for these types of calls. Please keep these call to about 5 - 10 minutes.

Email and texts are unlimited with no charge. 

Nature of the Training Relationship

The training relationship is no way to be construed as psychological counseling or any type of therapy.  If you feel a need for therapy it is your responsibility to seek a licensed professional. Results are not guaranteed.  You enter into the training with the understanding that you are responsible for creating your results.

Confidentiality

Rev. Ariadne Sharelle recognizes that you may share future plans, business affairs, customer lists, financial information, job information, goals, personal information and other proprietary information. Rev. Ariadne Sharelle will not at anytime either directly or indirectly, disclose, communicate any information to a third party.  She may in the future as you for a review in an effort to help others have a deeper understanding of her coaching practices.  You are under no obligation to provide a review, and the review or lack of has absolutely no bearing on the training relationship.

Referral Bonus

Do you know someone you feel would benefit from Integrative Spiritual Training?  You will receive one free month of coaching for every referral who takes at least three months of Integrative Spiritual Training. Rev. Ariadne Sharelle is grateful for the opportunity to be of service.

Discontinuation

Month-to-month coaching can be canceled at anytime by email to ariadnes@risingspirit.org 

Payment made for the current month will be considered full payment for training unless there is an unpaid balance.  In the event fees are owed at the time of cancellation, full payment is due.

There are no refunds for unused sessions from multiple-month training packages.

The training relationship can only work if your are "teachable," meaning you are willing to be taught, which in this context means to decide upon and to take actual action steps to move forward.  Teach-ability doesn't come naturally to everyone.  It may take a little time to feel comfortable with aspects of the process and accountability.  It is Rev. Ariadne Sharelle's discretion to end a training relationship if you are consistently unwilling to be trained, in which case any advance fees paid for training will be promptly refunded minus the processing fees.

We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

1. To provide and operate the Services;

2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services; 

5. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
