Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.  ​​ LESS than 24 Hours Cancellation Notice:  If you cancel your appointment 24 hours or less of your scheduled service, you forfeit your paid fee. MORE than 24 Hours Cancellation Notice: If you cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled service, you will be refunded your fee less 10%. *You must cancel your service in writing from the e-mail you used to book the service in order to avoid a cancellation fee.
